DATA DELETION POLICY

According to Google Play Store’s data deletion policy and in compliance with article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation (‘right to erasure’), you have the right to request for your data to be deleted. 

You can start the data deletion process by filling in the following form

Your user id can be found in the account page of the game settings

Alternatively you can ask for your data to be deleted by submitting a request via email to:

social@socialfirstgames.com

Please include your user id and email address in the request.

We will endeavour to fulfil your request within 30 days of receipt. 

Where it is possible and does not involve disproportionate effort, we will inform any necessary third parties connected with Social First of your data deletion request. 

Upon receipt and acknowledgment of the data deletion request, we will delete every piece of user identifiable data. However, we have the right to partly or fully refuse to comply with your request if one of the following exemptions applies:

  • The data is necessary in order to comply with financial regulations
  • The data is necessary for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims
  • The data is necessary for security, forensic, and/or non-repudiation purposes
